3D Yatzy By KSG may store the following information locally on the user’s device:
- Optional player name
- Game progress
- Scores and records
- Game and application settings
- The age group declared by the user
- Advertising and privacy preference
- Privacy policy/consent schema version
- Date on which the preference was provided or changed
- Application language
- Whether consent has been withdrawn
- Where applicable, the user’s advertising sale/sharing preference
3D Yatzy By KSG does not request a date of birth, legal name, email address, telephone number, or identity document for the purpose of managing privacy preferences.
Under normal operation, this local information is not transmitted to Kurisoft Games servers. Local records may be deleted by the operating system when application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled.
3. Age Restrictions
3D Yatzy By KSG is designed for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
Advertising may be enabled only for users who:
- Declare that they are 18 years of age or older, and
- Explicitly provide the required advertising/data-processing consent
Advertising services are not initialized when:
- The user is between 13 and 17 years of age
- The user’s age group is unknown
- The user rejects advertising consent
- The privacy preference cannot be obtained or is invalid
- The user withdraws previously provided consent

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services
When the user provides the required consent, 3D Yatzy By KSG may use the following services to display advertisements:
- Unity LevelPlay / ironSource — advertising mediation and management platform
- Unity Ads — advertising provider
- Yandex Mobile Ads — advertising provider
3D Yatzy By KSG does not use Google AdMob or the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
When advertising services are enabled, these providers may process the following information, depending on their own privacy policies and the user’s choices:
- IP address
- Device type, model, and operating system
- Application version and language
- Advertising identifier or similar device identifiers
- Approximate location or country/region inferred from an IP address
- Advertising impressions, clicks, and interactions
- Application and advertising performance information
- Error, security, and fraud-prevention information
- Privacy and consent signals
This information may be processed for purposes such as serving advertisements, measuring advertising performance, frequency control, security, and preventing advertising fraud.

5. Consent and Privacy Choices
Advertising services are not initialized until the required age and consent conditions have been satisfied.
Users can:
- Accept advertising-related data processing
- Reject consent
- Make a sale/sharing preference where applicable
- Later change or withdraw their decision through Privacy Preferences in the application’s Settings menu
When consent is rejected or withdrawn, new advertising requests are not initiated. The core game remains available, although rewards offered in exchange for watching advertisements may not be available.
Non-essential advertising and tracking operations are not enabled without valid consent.
6. Yandex Advertising Analytics
3D Yatzy By KSG is configured to disable automatic advertising analytics reporting between Yandex Mobile Ads and AppMetrica.
This setting may not prevent processing that Yandex must perform for security, advertisement delivery, or compliance with legal obligations.
7. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Kurisoft Games does not directly sell users’ personal information.
Under certain privacy laws, transferring information to third-party advertising providers for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing.” Where applicable, users are provided with an option to opt out of such processing.
The user’s sale/sharing preference is transmitted to advertising SDKs through the technical mechanisms they support.
8. International Data Transfers
Third-party service providers such as Unity and Yandex may process information outside the user’s country of residence.
Such processing is governed by the provider’s privacy policy, contractual safeguards, and applicable data-protection laws.
9. Data Retention
3D Yatzy By KSG’s local game data and privacy preferences may remain on the device until the user clears the application data, uninstalls the application, or a policy-version change requires a new privacy choice.
Retention periods for data processed by third-party advertising providers are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Depending on the laws applicable in your location, you may have the right to:
- Ask whether personal data is being processed
- Access personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion or restriction of processing
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent
- Opt out of sale/sharing
- Lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority
Because 3D Yatzy By KSG does not use an account system and does not transmit local game records to Kurisoft Games servers, we may not be able to associate certain locally stored information with an identifiable user.
Requests concerning data held by third-party advertising providers may also need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider.
To immediately withdraw your advertising and privacy consent, use the "Withdraw" option under Settings > Privacy Preferences within the app; this immediately stops new advertising data processing (the app must be restarted for the change to take full effect).
To request deletion of your 3D Yatzy By KSG data, simply email the address below with the subject line "3D Yatzy By KSG Data Deletion Request"; we review such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Local data stored on your device — such as game progress, settings, and your privacy preference — is removed when you clear the application’s data or uninstall the application. Data processed by advertising providers (Unity LevelPlay/ironSource, Unity Ads, Yandex Mobile Ads) is subject to each provider’s own retention period and policy.
11. Data Security
3D Yatzy By KSG uses a fail-closed approach that keeps advertising and privacy-related processing disabled until permission has been established.
However, no electronic processing or transmission method is completely risk-free. Third-party service providers are responsible for their own security practices.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
When material changes are made, the application may request consent again. The current text and last-updated date will be published on this page.
